Bio

Razzek a.k.a Kezza Brown was born in Clacton on Sea in Essex in 1987. His parents were travelers so from a very young age he had been going to Goa, India.

His musical career started of at a young age of 9 when he taught himself in a week to read and write basic music score and to play the recorder for his school orchestra. After tiring of the recorder he started learning the silver flute with an ex-military music teacher named Quentin. He studied classical music for 4 years. Progressing to 4 of the 6 exams in flute.

Then he moved to Goa permanently and this is where his music career started to take shape.

After living in Goa, India for a year and being a devoted death metal listener, he started to get into psytrance and the lifestyle that came with it. 2 years later he had his first ever psytrance gig in 9bar, one of the most well known psytrance spots in Goa.

In the early years of his career he met loads of people but a few that really helped his career move along.... The first of these people where Noah and Jonah.... who he spent many a night hiding away with on "The Balcony" listening and playing music.... Sitting up for hours practicing and having fun.......

Next he started hanging out with Sahil.... All of these people were friends and the time they spent together banging out the tunes and partying till there was nothing left in them to party shaped the person he is and the style that he plays.

Had none of this happened you probably would have seen another psy dj who just really doesn't care about what he is playing as long as he gets the ego boost from it but with the help of these friends and more he managed to keep that side down and really focus on trying to improve his style and technique, to bring to you a night of psychedelic music that you will never forget.

Over the years he played in most of the big party’s that happen in most the big name locations and earning himself respect from the psy community, known for turning up and shaking the dance floor to pieces with his progressive, aggressive style of sound.

Finally after many gigs and with allot of help he turned his attention to making a name for himself outside of Goa as well as making his own tunes.
He used his knowledge of classical music composition and turned it to the creation of his sound using logic.

Moving finally away from Goa to Brighton, he got his first gig playing at the Ocean Rooms in Brighton where he was recognized by Sam (Liquid Elf), and taken under his wing to push him out into the psytrance community in the UK.

He then moved onto creating his own tune. He started off trying to write them on his own and doing collaborations with various friends but decided to go for a course. After 3 months of working on a online Logic course he finished his first two tracks called 7 of 9 and Why Not.
